CREDIT CARDS

We accept the most common credit cards, including prepaid and rechargeable cards, such as: Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express, Carta Aura, Carta Nova. When paying by credit card, no supplement will be charged.

For all credit cards it is necessary to enter the CVV2 code otherwise the order will be cancelled. For Visa, Mastercard and Diners credit cards, the CVV2 corresponds to the last 3 digits found on the back of the card, while for Amex credit cards the code is 4 digits and is found on the front of the credit card.

Please note It may happen that, after entering the credit card data and the CVV2, an additional code or some specific data may also be required. This is because some banking institutions require a specific procedure to enable the use of the credit card online. To find out how to enable your credit card for online purchases or to know the code to enter, you must contact your bank directly.

PAYPAL

PayPal is an online payment system that foresees the opening of an account with PayPal. By choosing this method, after clicking "send order", you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where you can enter the e-mail and password of the Paypal account, in order to pay for the order. For each transaction made with this method, a confirmation email will be sent from PayPal.

The amount of the order is debited from the PayPal account at the time when the order is processed. The order paid with PayPal, before being passed to the Courier, could be submitted directly with PayPal to a "verification of authenticity" (verification with which the actual ownership of the PayPal account is ascertained). In case "verification of authenticity" is activated, the customer will be notified by Lollipop via e-mail. This verification takes on average 2 working days.

In case the payment is made by the users registered on foreign PayPal sites, the order will be processed on the first working day following its creation. If PayPal communicates any irregularity to Lollipop, Lollipop will proceed with the cancellation of the order by giving contextual communication via e-mail. In the event of cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account.

CASH ON DELIVERY

By choosing this method, payment will be made to the Courier upon delivery of the purchased product. Payment must be made with bank or bank checks or banknotes or coins directly to the courier. Only the exact sums, corresponding to the amount of the order is accepted, the rest will not be returned. Cash payments will be accepted within € 999.99 limit.
